We started out with a brighter, more polished sound on the first album, everything felt a little more open, more synthetic, more “shiny in the dark.” There was still tension in it, but it leaned into hope, momentum, and late-night neon energy.
With Metamorphosis, things shifted. It got heavier, more distorted, more grounded in grit and pressure. The edges came through more clearly, less gloss, more fracture. It was about change, and it sounded like it.
Now we’re asking what comes after that. Not a return, not a repeat, something more uncertain. Less about where we’ve been and more about what happens when the structure finally starts to break in new ways.
